Indoor Cycling Summer '08

B=Beginner; I=Intermediate; A=Advanced
Intensity Levels: 1-Low; 2-Medium; 3-High

 

Indoor Cycling:  Join the excitement!  this class will lead you through a variety of great and challenging workouts. The instructor will guide you through different energy zone rides such as strength, endurance, interval, all terrain, and race day training.  Participants are GUARANTEED to work up a sweat, so be sure  to bring a towel and water bottle! B,I,A: Level 1,2,3

 

Indoor Cycling classes are free for students and members of campus recreation.
