Pilates Pilates Mat: This class follows the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Develop your core strength, flexibility and muscular endurance while focusing on proper breathing. Pilates Reformer: Using a specialized Reformer machine, participants will develop muscular control, grace, strength and flexibility. Pilates Reformer/Mat Combo: Experience all the best of Pilates! This class will use BOTH Mat and Reformer techniques to develop participant's muscular endurance, strength and flexibility. Small Group Pilates Reformer: Reformer Class, with the benefits of personal training! This affordable alternative to private reformer lessons puts only 4-5 participants per instructor, promoting more individualized attention. Pilates Punch Pass: This flexible pass allows participants to take part in any of our 11:30 am Pilates Mat classes at the SFC. Beginner level classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays, while Tuesdays and Thursdays are Intermediate. See Pilates Mat description for more details. Yoga Hatha Yoga: This method of Yoga instruction stresses health and well-being through breathing exercises and deep concentration while holding traditional Yoga poses. Sports Yoga: This class combines traditional yoga postures and breathing with body weight exercises to emphasize flexibility, mind/body connection, and functional strength.
