UIC Body and Brain Club integrates Energy Martial Arts (Dahn Mu Do - a healing form of martial arts), Tai Chi, Energy Yoga, Energy Dance, and Meditation to improve one's inner strength and will power, to enhance the communication between the body and brain, and produce a healthy, happy, and peaceful state. All trainings are based on the energy.
